Q1 2026 Internship at Nova HR Synergy

Jan–Mar 2026 | Remote | 10–20hrs/week | Unpaid (academic credit may be available)

Why this program is different

Real responsibility: Work on client-facing projects that matter for regulated operations.

  1. Expert mentorship: Weekly coaching from senior consultants and direct exposure to the CEO via our Executive Support track.

  2. Hands-on learning: Pilot HR tech and AI tools, support BD/CRM workflows, own communications and content, and gain compliance-aware HR experience.

  3. Client contact: Supervised attendance on client calls, briefing prep, and CRM-driven follow-up — all with mentor review.

  4. Career payoff: Portfolio pieces, recommendation letters, and networking with industry professionals.

Who should apply (no experience required)

We want responsible, dedicated learners. Ideal candidates:

  • Communicate professionally in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Show strong attention to detail and can manage competing priorities.

  • Are comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and curious about AI and automation.

  • Can represent Nova professionally in client settings (training & mentor review provided).

  • Are available for scheduled meetings in U.S. Eastern Time (ET) (typical window 10:00 AM–3:00 PM ET).

  • Have a computer, reliable internet, and a cellphone; webcam/headset and a quiet workspace recommended.

Internship Tracks

(all interns will partake in all tracks)

  • HR Tech & Operations: HRIS documentation, compliance support, and process mapping.

  • AI & Automation: Pilot AI tools, design safe automation and content workflows.

  • Business Development: Market research, lead qualification, and proposal support.

  • Executive Support (Assist CEO): Briefing notes, meeting prep, executive communications.

  • Communications & Marketing: Social copy, email campaigns, content calendar, Canva assets.
